I am an IT professional with experience spanning systems support, reporting, automation, and infrastructure administration. My work has included SQL querying, Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, Salesforce and Litify support, Power BI dashboarding, Power Automate workflow development, and Linux server administration.

I tend to work best in environments where technical troubleshooting, documentation, and practical operational improvements overlap. I prefer straightforward solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and useful to the people who actually have to work with them.
